Refund policy

We have a 7-days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, in its original packaging.  

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@truebliss.store. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the return address on parcel. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be eligible for any refund.

Once the product(s) are received and verified on our end, we will initial a refund within 5-7 business working days. Please note that the shipping cost, the cost on your end for returning the parcel and payments gateway charges will not be refundable. Please check our shipping policy for more details.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, combo packs, Lip products, and gift cards. You can always contact us for any return question at contact@truebliss.store

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We request you to take a video of opening the product from package.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted as per the return policy, you will get a store credit to buy your new item.
